The villa is located near the beach in Diani, only 30 miles south of Mombasa, Kenya, which is a major international airport.
The villa is situated directly opposite the gate of Indiana Staff Ocean Hotel.
The villa has 3 large bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen.
Plus a large patio with all that you can dream, as you can see from the photos.
The villa has a large garden with frangipani trees, plants hybiscus, etc..
The pool of the compound is 20 mt. from ownership and, since the same compound consists of only 8 villas , it is highly likely that during your swim you will be on your own.
There is a huge outdoor patio (almost 200 square meters. Residence), the kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, cutlery, crockery, gas cooker, refrigerator, freezer.
There are also local warehouse and pantry.
There is a covered car park.
The villa consists of 2 double bedrooms both with fan (only one with air conditioning) plus a third room with two single beds.
All beds have mosquito nets and there are very large closets in all three rooms.

There are 2 large bathrooms with shower, one with bidet also.
Provided: blankets, sheets, towels, including beach-towels, tablecloths, napkins, pillows. The house is equipped with emergency lights that turn on automatically in case of power failure.
The pool is equipped with comfortable beds and sturdy wooden paddle, the mattresses and towels are changed daily.
A set of welcome is included in the price (coffee, tea, sugar, milk, fruits, mineral water).
The private security service for safety at night is included and insured by a person of trust who has been serving in this house for more than 10 years, monitoring the property till dawn.
NB:
Only one waiter and a cook is included (if you need both, are only 5 euros extra per day).
You can choose to have a chef rather than a waiter
you can rent a car for about 20/25 euros per day or rent a bike for about half.
